As a past member of the US Olympic Team, I have a large background in weight lifting and strength training. I believe mobility is most important for sustaining health. I focus heavily on strength and quality of life over numbers and percentages. My passion is for people and building confidence in them. My intention is help you feel healthy and teach you how to achieve your goals so you can hire me, then fire me.
